What we collect
If you join our email list: your email address, any age-interest boxes you tick, and the date you confirmed. We never ask for children's names, birthdays or photos.
If you order a book (once preorders open): your name, email, postal address and order details, so we can post your book. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- Email list: occasional emails about Whimblewood books, about once a month at most. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Orders: receipts, updates about your order, and posting. Buying a book doesn't add you to the email list unless you ask to join.
Who else handles it
Kit (our email service), Stripe (payments) and Australia Post (delivery) process your details on our behalf. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
